combined with our personal experience provide a formidable resource.
Once your meeting
profile has been determined and a thorough search has been performed, we
will identify several ideal sites and properties with supporting material
and present you with a number of flexible options to select from. We can
even arrange for you to conduct a site visit to familiarize yourself with
the nuances of each venue.
We offer a free venue
finding service. Site selection services are paid based on a commission,
whereby the hotels compensate Meeting Insites International. This means
there is no cost to the client for this service.
